26th of foot 6,082
I am in Mallorca at the moment, and was devestated at yesterday's news reference the Glasgow School of Art. Perhaps the club might utilise a bit of foresight and organise a Friendly to rase funds for repair. Hstorically, Rangers have a good track record in this regard. Maybe Atletico Bilbao with their modern art footprint?
Super Cooper 0
Celtic will do something. This is the kind of thing they cream themselves at.
aweebluesoandso 290
Celtic will do something. This is the kind of thing they cream themselves at. The Tims will buy the building on the cheap from their friends at GCC, then open a hideous Celtic outlet selling tat, like Charles Rennie Mackintosh high back Green Seats.
Zappa 0
Anyone who was never in it really missed something special, as it was a an architectural masterpiece. If it can't be restored, it'll be a real loss to the city.
buster. 5,183
Celtic will do something. This is the kind of thing they cream themselves at. This is a thread which has nothing to with football clubs other than Rangers and any potential opposition in a match proposed by the OP. Good shout OP.

BrahimHemdani 1
It's a terrible blow to the city, the teachers and students from a whole host of perspectives. It's such big news that the story was ahead of the Pope's visit to Jordan on BBC today and quite rightly so of course. Actually a Rangers v Celtic match or perhaps a Glasgow Cup to raise money would be a great idea especially if the idea came from us when we are struggling for cash ourselves. Selfless gesture etc. Took these about 9.00pm last night. Sorry don't know why they're blown up so much. Zappa 0
The fire service are saying that about 90% of the structure is 'viable' and that they've managed to save up to 70% of the contents.

An incredible effort. Feel very sorry for the students who were setting up for the final display/exam; goodness knows how they'll be assessed.
