buster. 5,257
That is up to our generation to educate them properly then GS!! I think education around life in general is literally 'spinning' out of control. The increasing trends towards a general lack of accountibility or refusal to take responsibility can be correlated to the increase in the so-called PR industry. The way this industry has in part develpoed is having a grave effect on that novel concept, 'the truth'. The next generation will know of nothing else.

chilledbear 16
I wouldn't trust this Board to get the best deal for the Club, so I'm out.
bluebear54 0
Which begs the question as to why Ahmad & Green thought it was prudent to sign a 5 year deal with SD/Puma.... Big Yorkshire hands, Ashley's and Imran's interests. Wasn't this where there was no Club lawyer there? There are no doubt more. 32 Red is scandalous. Can't wait for Daniel Stewart's time for Court. It'll come - sooner or later.

Daniel Stewarts are probably getting pulled up by their bank manager as we type !! Apparently their finances are in a bad state.
Hildy 0
people say no one would call it anything other than ibrox but whole generations could grow up never calling it ibrox in reality. I'm not saying it's something we shouldn't do, but you are right - youngsters would grow up using the new name if we had the same sponsor over a long period. There's also a slight risk that we could have a sponsor not really appropriate for a club of our stature. I could name a few that wouldn't be welcome, but maybe this isn't the right place to do it. I'm sure we can all think of examples. As for using the correct names instead of the name of the sponsor, did you call it the Ramsden's Cup or the Challenge Cup? The name of the sponsor really can become the most readily used title.

Not sure mate, but if it was, then it was probably because lawyers like to deal in verifiable facts rather than moonbeams.

Probably thought best they didn't know about the "here's x for you x for you and the deal to Club will be a pittance, so you'll be alright Ashley. Etc, etc, etc.
