Zappa 0
Does anyone have an accurate figure as to how much of the total shareholding this equates to? Forlanssister mentioned an exact number recently which was just over 19 million shares, so if that's correct, then given that just over 65 million shares have been issued, the percentage would be in the region of 34%.

Zappa 0
19,225,000 shares were issued for 1p. Haven't seen that before! What's the source of the photocopy or scan? The interesting thing about the 19 million shares issued at a penny is that roughly half of them went to Green, Ahmad & Hughes individually who've all subsequently (allegedly!) sold their shareholdings for x, y & z amounts of cash which could potentially total about 25 times the amount of cash originally paid for the whole 19m shares. You look at those figures and it's astonishing that any Rangers fan would make an official complaint about Dave King.

It's from the Annual Return submitted to Companies House.

It's noticeable that while we know who went to the police when Wallace lied this is anonymous.

I guess there's roughly a 26% chance it was a Morton fan who's been in the clink.
