der Berliner 3,886
Noting that new bout of mild paranoia, maybe people should try to contact Snowden in Moscow about Lloyds, Lawwell, Regan, Whyte, Green, Ahmad and Co too? *sarcastic mode off*
charltonman 19
Can't see any basis for a market abuse charge . Surely no different from someone saying in a crowded pub that Guinness is rubbish and (possibly) hoping the Diageo share price falls . Other than Guinness is pretty good and we urny .

If anyone has abused the market it will have been Mr Easdale given his 'fragile' comments one day then buying shares the next.
the gunslinger 3,366
would be different if he had bough shares at 21p perhaps.
stewarty 2,063
What a farce. No surprise to see the journalist by-line. Williams has form in swallowing PR spin.
forlanssister 3,114
This will just be another fan wanting to play silly buggers by way of proving a point to our chum Billy Paterson... Ah well, they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery!

Zappa 0
Anyone is entitled to make a complaint if they want, just another sad episode of the tit for tat going on In all seriousness, these recent official complaints (the first against Wallace & now this one against King) only became 'tit for tat' when someone decided to make this complaint about Dave King.

The complaint about the club not adhering to company law was legitamite and necessary. This one is bordering on barrel scraping with a strong hint of the complainer being unaware of what's actually happening.

I didn't just mean in terms of complaints, there's plenty of tit for tat when it comes to statements being released, PR spins etc. This is the latest
