Guest NGLF
It would take a lot for the performances of the likes Ally, JG, DJ and so many more to be tarnished. We should never forget and be quick to forgive our past heroes.
der Berliner 3,803
Snatched from STV ... still rather early though The Championship is set for one of its most high profile years ever and teams have been quick off the mark to strengthen for the campaign. The summer registration window opens on Tuesday, June 10 and many sides have already secured new faces to bolster the ranks. The addition of Rangers, Hearts and Hibernian to the mix has added intrigue to a traditionally competitive league, with the likes of Falkirk, Queen of the South and Raith Rovers all hopeful of challenging them for honours. RANGERRAB 3,737
One player I wouldn't think will be joining us now is Gavin Gunning after failing his medical at Sheffield Wednesday

buster. 5,257
- There are more than 8 players who have left Hibs. - If Hibs not only need to gel a new team together but still need to sign them and Hearts will more or less have a youth team should we really need to go out there and sign X amount of players ?

We need a team which can compete in the LC & SC. We might get into the Europa league if we win SC
buster. 5,257
We need a team which can compete in the LC & SC. We might get into the Europa league if we win SC Look at the players we had in 2011/12 and tell me how that went regards Cup competitions. Look at the cup record of the current management team. Look at the Celtic squad last season compared with the rest and I give you Morton and Aberdeen. Look at the business review and think about current finances. "The Club acquired a number of players in Summer 2013 that, based on financial forecasts, it should have known that it could not afford." http://www.rangers.co.uk/images/staticcontent/documents/RangersBusinessReview.pdf The reason you give doesn't stand-up when considering football issues or is it viable.
the gunslinger 3,366
for next season we need top class players that can win the spl in prep for our return to the top league.
buster. 5,257
for next season we need top class players that can win the spl in prep for our return to the top league. That may or may not be the case but economics say we can't afford what would be considered as enough 'top class players' that would have a serious chance of winning the SPFL. We also have a manager who would need at least twice as much 'ability/talent' etc within the playing squad than a very good manager would.
