buster. 5,257
Q: Do you have any plans to improve the scouting system? GW: We're in the process of rebuilding our off-field football support. Key focus is a quality scouting & recruitment structure. In addition, we are putting focus behind long-term player development to identify future talent for Rangers. However, quality scouting isn't quite as important as spin and we will continue to talk about it but do nothing.
buster. 5,257
GW: The board is committed to the long term development of Rangers & is working hard to earn the trust and respect of our fans. Naw yer naw,................... you appointed a spin-doctor to help keep you insulated.

buster. 5,257
How difficult is your job in the face of constant negative press & misinformation spread in the media? GW: Yes it is a challenge, but the important thing here is to lead the rebuilding of the Club.Talking directly to fans as I am today will hopefully help address some of the misconceptions. Nicely selected question. It's now all ok lads !

buster. 5,257
is blaming fans for credit card issues "working hard to gain their trust" Graham???. Answer REAL questions! Interesting question GW: Just to be clear, fans were not blamed for the withdrawl of the credit card facility. The review said that negative comment in the media was a factor in the Club's credit card provider seeking security over Ibrox. Liar, in part it was said/inferred that they were. Review said.......... The Board believes that one of the major factors influencing the merchant acquirer to change its terms was the extensive negative coverage of calls in some quarters for supporters to refrain or delay purchasing season tickets. http://www.rangers.co.uk/images/staticcontent/documents/RangersBusinessReview.pdf I'm struggling to see the word "media" Edited May 9, 2014 by buster.

Why is it far too late when we're still over a year from the top flight? And it's big assumption to blame the board if speculation about Telfer is true
