the gunslinger 3,366
If Imran is successful and the club ends up in administration, would Imran have secured creditor status besides George Letham and Eadale? Think he would have to win the case for that. The overall case

Ser Barristan Selmy 222
Could do with clearing that inbox... Inbox cleared. I find you an intriguing case because I generally agree with everything you say on non board related issues.
jhunter 0
Why wasn't he sacked for gross misconduct? To quoth the business review The Club has entered into a number of contracts that are onerous and not delivering value on price or service. In several instances it appears that the Club did not use lawyers to protect its interests. Work is in progress to terminate or re-negotiate these as appropriate. The absence of any effective cash and business planning processes, and budget accountability led to a culture where there was limited responsibility and ownership for financial management.
Ser Barristan Selmy 222
What was Imran called on RM again, was it 'IamRangers'? He used to post stuff in poor grammar, saying how Green was going to save the day and come back as chairman. Harchester United stuff.
Zappa 0
Why wasn't he sacked for gross misconduct? To quoth the business review Exactly and it's also worth noting that the same quote you posted raises serious questions as to why Graham Wallace & the board of directors didn't sack Brian Stockbridge without a pay-off, but instead waved him off with a 200 grand handshake.
der Berliner 3,803
Ah, another negative story on the day the football club can make history! Has the BBC trolls been on holiday of late? The chairman of Rangers' football board Sandy Easdale also told BBC Scotland the League One champions are in a "fragile situation". I'd have to retrace that interview, but unless I am mistaken, Easdale said that if ST sales would be considerably lower than expected, "the club would be in a fragile situation", like any other club depending on such sales. What makes you wonder even more is that Whyte and Ahmad are actually still walking about unmolested.
