I don't understand much of this. He gave Green & co 500 grand for shares at £1 per share, so when the IPO price of 70p per share was announced he wanted 30p per share back in one form or another. It was a fair demand really, especially when Laxey definitely got the difference made up to them in shares and others allegedly got money back or equivalent returns too.
