forlanssister 3,114
how have they broken the law ? prove they are charlatans please. SKY news & FT ? Petition parliament LOL. Please come into the real world.I suspect absolutely nothing will come of the police investigation into GW. As for this guy Billy Paterson what does he expect to achieve other than even more bad publicity for Rangers? Does he expect to uncover a whole new set of financial irregularities or such? The Companies Act 2006 Chapter 5 go read then lay down in a darkened room. http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2006/46/pdfs/ukpga_20060046_en.pdf This "guy" was just trying to exercise his legal rights as a member of the company no more, no less. The more you post the more you appear to nothing more than a parody account.
forlanssister 3,114
The tone doesn't give me much confidence this is anything more than a cynical tactic Then not for the first you're inhabiting a parallel universe.
Dragonfly Trumpeter 50
but a) this brings the club (and not just the board) even further into disrepute As for this guy Billy Paterson what does he expect to achieve other than even more bad publicity for Rangers? No surprise that you 2 guys are in full support of the board and damning the ordinary shareholder in this instance. The disrepute and bad publicity here was caused only by the law breakers. Which, whilst not surprising, is nearly as sad as those who condone it

simplythebest 0
Then not for the first you're inhabiting a parallel universe. You agree with him going to the papers then? Contract details will be made known in the accounts as they always have been anyway.

calscot 0
You agree with him going to the papers then? Contract details will be made known in the accounts as they always have been anyway. People keep asking, "What exactly have the current board done wrong?" when the answers are there for those in the know. I think their misdemeanours need to be publicised while their honesty, integrity and indeed competence are under question. Super Cooper 0
Good job by Mr. Paterson. Not-so-good-job in instantly running to the media and tell all about it. I reckon quite a few will disagree and say everything must be laid open to each and everyone and instantly (a main 21st century addiction and illness), but a) this brings the club (and not just the board) even further into disrepute, and b) I reckon that whatever he finds out won't make it into the public domain (NDA et al, unless it will be info relevant for the annual accounts) anyway. It sure is good if some interested parties and individuals take up their right and check what is going on. But they should do so in a responsible way. If they find something that angers them, you'd hope they do the sensible stuff and ask the club about it, via a EGM or otherwise. But not running to the media and reveal their findings, if any. If only you knew exactly who he was! That is a shocking post even by your standards.
Scott7 6,170
What evidence is there that the gallant 'Brocher ran to the media? Leak from Ibrox or the polis much more likely.
