Haven't been seen yet but been promised. I to am keen to know if the content must be kept quiet.

I don't think an appointment would have helped much. Police intervention was always going to be needed.

Though I to would have made one.

Even if the Company can legitimately ask or compel confidentiality (and I certainly wouldn't sign to that effect absent a requirement in the Companies Act) I doubt it's realistic to expect the info to remain secret for very long.

Might be best just to publish on the Club's web site, openness and all that.

For clarity the request at Ibrox was to view the Directors Service Contracts of Graham Wallace, David Somers, Norman Crighton, James Easdale, Charles Green, Craig Mather and Brian Stockbridge.

Subsequently a request was made in writing for a copy of the contracts of the Directors above and also those of Sandy Easdale and Imran Ahmad.

Well done to Mr Paterson, he'll be rivalling D'Artagnan soon at this rate.

I feel a scoop for Gersnet coming on.

That he was also keen to hide his salary

Two things:

First, McCoist is not on the board and not responsible for the running of the club. His salary is a matter for the board and for no-one else.

In what way was he "keen to hide his salary"?

What form did this concealment take? Did he refuse to answer whan asked?

Second, why when the subject is the board breaking the law, are you deflecting the thread into more Ally bashing?

If I remember right he was asked at times and never said.

It's not deflection, just that the same standards don't always seem to apply to all major club employees. And it was more to make the point that the details of Wallace's etc contracts will be revealed in the accounts regardless it's not something that can be kept secret for any length of time.
