Dragonfly Trumpeter 50
Can you prove beyond doubt they have broken the law ? Of course they have, companies act 2006, section 229. Why do you think they are scrambling after plod asked?
the gunslinger 3,366
Mr Wallace last Friday was busy telling the whole world it was no one's business what he earned. At best that was out and out bullshit worst a coniving lie born out of greed and self preservation. He's either ignorant of the law or thinks we are fools. Well done to bill for exposing Wallace again.

In fairness, disclosing contractual details to the public/media etc is completely different to a shareholder viewing the contract documents etc.
andy steel 0
I knew he was going, at some point, because it was on this forum last week. Given the legal eye which Mr Easdale keeps on Rangers fan mesageboards, they can't claim they didn't know. And bluntly, even if someone turned up with the most obnoxious attitude known to man and a posse of lads wearing Trilby hats with 'press' in the hatband at his heels, it still wouldn't excuse breaking the law. I'd love a Trilby hat. Ah, the class of yesteryear.

forlanssister 3,114
We never found out what McCoist earned until the accounts As shareholders we have no legal right to know the terms of his contract that is not the case in regards to Directors contracts though.

Since the contracts were made available in the end do we know what's in them yet?
chilledbear 16
Does the shareholder have to sign anything about disclosure before viewing ?
