the gunslinger 3,366
So could I then tell King and Gough to end this ridiculous plan? Thought not only if you join the trust.
Stimpy 0
We really need some answers on this SB. Im not wishing to take sides but we should have some answers if our club's 2 biggest assets are to be placed in his trust - even its all hypothetical at the moment. Absolutely mate. I'm getting questions fired at me from Ulster bears on the boat and I can't answer them sufficiently. Believe we will find out this week though.
BrahimHemdani 1
Think it'll be the directors of ST Trust - King, Gough and two possible other guys? It's not a trust (at least it's not a trust at the moment) it's a limited company IBROX 1972 LIMITED with 5 directors: Maclay, Murray and Spens have been the Company Secretary since 16/3/2014 Vindex Ltd and Vindex Services Ltd have been directors since 16/03/2014. Vindex Services is a dormant company with 59 directors. Mr David Cunningham King was appointed on 16/04/2014 and Mr Mr Charles Richard Gough was appointed on 24/04/2014.

BrahimHemdani 1
ST holders mate. That's how I'd see it. As far the actual mechanics go, I've no idea. Not at all as things stand, they are directors of a limited company, so they are only accountable to the shareholders of that company.
BrahimHemdani 1
Who are the other three guys? Not guys; the 3 companies listed.
BrahimHemdani 1
only if you join the trust. What trust is that GS?
the gunslinger 3,366
safe bet we will all get a share when we join up.
BrahimHemdani 1
safe bet we will all get a share when we join up. Perhaps so but that doesn't make it a trust or anything like a trust and who do you think will have most of the shares?
andy steel 0
A scheme which hasn't been launched yet is being chastised for not having revealed the finer points of its constitution/charter/ whatever the Hell it will be. I'm not in it, probably won't be in it, certainly won't be arguing in favour of it but this is just balls. <Alec Guinness voice> Bandwidth is not infinite and should be used wisely.
