Frankie 8,684
Separating people from their money has never been a problem for Murray. View it more as a Murray led consortium than an attempt to fly solo. Does this mean Douglas has found a good nanny?

Frankie 8,684
Murray can stay away Ha! He'd probably the one guy the usually apathetic majority would welcome back no questions asked. And maybe explains why Spiers, Cosgrove and English are running interference on King...

It's short memories, everything wrong with us to this day goes back to his mismanagement and ultimate sale to Whyte.
RANGERRAB 3,875
When SDM sold to Whyte he effectively sold the 26,000 oldco shareholders down the river. I, for one, do not believe for a minute he got 'duped'. If he does make some sort of return(perhaps as part of a consortium) he must give a full account of the sale to Whyte and explain if he was indeed forced to do so, by whom and why. We know the names at LBG at that time. Were any of them involved?

As we've seen throughout recent times, many, many fans will say or do anything based on a decent sound-bite.
Ser Barristan Selmy 222
Speaks volumes that out of all the major shareholders, only two of them are actual identifiable people, one of which no sane person would want anywhere near us.
Ser Barristan Selmy 222
Is this a third party other than DK & his merry band of followers?Who in their right mind would want to own Rangers the way so-called fans groups, unelected fans leaders and not to mention deep pockets dave is going on? This lot want control of Rangers so long as others pay for it. Yeah, they are definitely the problem here

Some people think the only bad thing was selling to Whyte. Some people even think he really was duped despite the fact the rest of the board didn't seem to be,. Madness. The man sank us and Whyte stole the safety raft.
the gunslinger 3,366
I'm sure his ego would love the white knight stuff but where's SDM getting the money? iirc in the last year before lloyds sent muir in to run MIH he tool almost 30 million out. a trend he had stepped up over several years. SDM will have shed loads of personal cash.
