Strangely enough, this might actually be one of our biggest challenges in the near future. It definitely needs addressed ASAP.

So, if you were Wallace, what areas would you prioritise that would shape your strategy?

 

No.1 priority would be to radically slash costs in any areas of the Club which could be trimmed/streamlined without any drastic long term effects.

 

It's not rocket science. If it wasn't for the fact that we were taken over by people who wanted to exploit the gravy train culture at the Club, this would have been sorted out 18-24 months ago.
