Davie P 4
He would be an absolute flier if he got off the Nando's then!

Super Cooper 0
I hope not mate, just a dodgy pic probably. He is a big lad but he can fair shift.
calscot 0
He would be an absolute flier if he got off the Nando's then! What's wrong with Nandos food? (Not that I would choose to go there as I prefer something more gourmet when I eat out.) It's about as healthy as you get for an athlete if you discard the skin and swap the chips for a salad - or even just limit the number of chips and still have a salad. The chicken is low carb, low fat and high protein, and the sauce is low carb and fat too. I'd say it's one of the best places to eat out for keeping slim if you're on a tight budget.

Are you deliberately being obtuse and patronising or am I missing something here?
Super Cooper 0
Are you deliberately being obtuse and patronising or am I missing something here? That is exactly how this one plays the game mate.
Zappa 0
I don't agree with every word, but calscot does make a fair point in that Nandos isn't actually an unhealthy place to eat. It's not as if they deep fry their chicken like KFC or similar fried chicken joints, so you'd have to be munching mountains of chips or other unhealthy fried items from their menu before it would become an unhealthy place to eat.
