simplythebest 0
Furfuxsake we're doing it just over a year after raising £22m and with 2 seasons worth of season ticket monies up front. Where am I defending the money we've spent? It's been too much without a doubt. But Wallace can hardly be blamed for that in the short time he's been here, and with the exception of Easdale everyone from the Green/Mather regimes are gone

Zappa 0
and Wallace did look at other options such as the 15% wage cut. He didn't even do that properly though. Getting Jig to speak to the players about taking wage cuts was a half baked, half arsed cop out that was destined to be rejected because it wasn't done in the manner it should have been done.

TheTinMan99 0
Did they mention Imrans case as well? That could cost us some money. I'm not sure if Imran was mentioned, but I did only skim read it. I know that Whyte was mentioned on 2 separate occasions, which is odd for someone that seems to have no claim over us. The wording of the situation was also a bit worrying. I don't think the Whyte thing is totally resolved yet, otherwise why even mention him??

I disagree because the idea was only being mooted, end of the day the players weren't interested and as I said fair enough.

You really think Mather had the power to do either of those things? If he did he'd still be in place.

Maybe Wallace found a goose that lays golden eggs during his review.
