I'm less excited about war chests, than I am about the possibility of someone who actually gives a fuck about the club holding the reins. Even if King doesn't put a penny in, after the initial investment to gain control, you can be sure he wont be taking it out. The only ones to ever make empty promises about spending millions are the one you support.
