Apology to Mr Alexander Easdale

Recommended Posts

Today I received a letter from Levy & McRae, Solicitors asking for a post to be removed which they considered defamatory and/or offensive to their client.

I have done this and apologise on behalf of Gersnet for any offence caused.

It seems clear that Mr Easdale will pursue any similar posts so, from this moment on, I have censored the four letter word they find distressing and urge all users to be mindful of their responsibilities in that regard.

To avoid confusion, the word they find especially malicious is sp!v.

I suggest to everyone they stop using it or, as someone who cannot afford legal action, I'll be forced to remove your posts and take further action if necessary.
