Frankie 8,484 Posted March 17, 2014 Share Posted March 17, 2014 Today I received a letter from Levy & McRae, Solicitors asking for a post to be removed which they considered defamatory and/or offensive to their client. I have done this and apologise on behalf of Gersnet for any offence caused. It seems clear that Mr Easdale will pursue any similar posts so, from this moment on, I have censored the four letter word they find distressing and urge all users to be mindful of their responsibilities in that regard. I suggest to everyone they stop using it or, as someone who cannot afford legal action, I'll be forced to remove your posts and take further action if necessary.
