the gunslinger 3,366
We do need sorting i just think he is the man to do it. He could be if allowed. But you not seriously telling me he wouldn't personally welcome dave kings cash. Mather wanted it. We need it. It would make his job so much easier. As I've said we need to cut cost by 6 8 10 or even 12 million depending on income rises. Those are huge numbers for a club spending 6 million on players only.
the gunslinger 3,366
Okay I'll rephraseNo football board in the world would sign over their biggest assets to their customers in return for their custom. No football board in the world would turn away 30k season ticket holders either.
the gunslinger 3,366
Following your logic then, no football board in the world would sell their biggest assets to a third party in order that they could be leased back to that Board? Is that the way you see things? It's happened. But so have fans owning the stadium. Chelsea as an example or any of the member owned clubs.

Name a football board that HAS signed over their biggest assets to their customers in return for their custom. Rangers have been first with many things in football but I highly doubt this model will be one of them.

Though they probably did it voluntarily

Have 30k season ticket holders signed up to this scheme or are you using your Seville calculator again, the last I heard it was in the region of 6k.

But that wasn't my point. You say they won't do it no matter what I say otherwise. They certainly won't unless they have to.
bluebear54 0
Have 30k season ticket holders signed up to this scheme or are you using your Seville calculator again, the last I heard it was in the region of 6k. Whatever the numbers that have signed up, I have yet to hear of a movement of fans who are against this. So, we have 6k to 10k signed up, and the remainder either not renewing or apathetic. Hats off TB, you're certainly not apathetic. So, have you sat down, taken a breath and worked out why you're in the minority?
