Haven't heard it but by all accounts it was a car crash. Anyone hear it?

Claiming he was tired at the weekend.

Players don't have anything to prove.

Only job was to win the league and they have done that at a canter.

Not embarrassed by the result yesterday.

What more do fans want.

Practice free kicks, work harder, play with tempo...Not be tired in a game v Albion Rovers...oh Ian, the list goes on and on.

I'd also want our club not to buy ignorant, petulant, cowardly thugs with unfounded arrogant attitudes. Tokely, Dods and Black = Inverness's destroyers of the beautiful game.

To be fair though, he'll only be repeating what is commonly felt in the dressing room. I think Black's comments above are shared by the squad and the management staff. Ally is forever saying that the "lads have been tremendous", "today was a blip but these boys are unbeaten in the league, they've been wonderful"

An organization is usually a reflection of its leaders. If Ally has truly settled for the league only, then he needs to be spoken to by upper mangement. If, however, this is the attitude of the players only then Ally needs to teach them a lesson by dropping them. Accepting the fact that this team has been cobbled together by 'frees' and youth we can expect to have a slightly lower standard than we are used to but we cannot accept such a defeatist attitude. This will not do for players who are expected to carry the Rangers' ethos.

For the first time I am beginning to accept that Ally may have his own agenda, which is to show management that these players are not good enough for the challenges ahead. He may be trying to show that he can win the lower leagues, and hence keep his job, but that his squad really, really needs enhancing. Depressing.

That isn't a fact, though, hardly any youth in our squad on Saturday - Albion, like Dunfermline and others looked like the children of most of our lot.

Good points though

Our team cost around £5m to build and squad costs us £7m per year. Average age nearer 30 than 20 as well. But as you say, that apart barca makes a good point.

I get the impression from Black that the players are behind Ally. :ffs:

Probably because he makes life so easy for them. Mickey mouse training, no expectations, guaranteed starts, knowing they don't need to try, knowing they won't be dropped.......who wouldn't support that!
