ian1964 10,780
Lifted from FF: By Grandmaster Suck Updated Friday, 7th March 2014 Official documents reveal Easdale and Laxey have joint security over both the Edmiston House and Albion car par properties. They will be paid back in the first instance from money generated by season ticket sales. The season tickets are effectively mortgaged to the debt. Laxey are charging a higher interest rate than Ticketus did. The details from the Registers of Scotland (land registry) - Security over Edmiston House granted to Sandy Easdale http://freepdfhosting.com/3474a90828.pdf Security over the Albion car park granted to Laxey Partners http://freepdfhosting.com/cef985a572.pdf Ranking agreement between Sandy Easdale and Laxey Partners http://freepdfhosting.com/1bfcbe0abb.pdf The Ranking Agreement basically establishes that both have claims over both the car park and Edmiston House. Have a look at the page hand-numbered 19 (its 3 pages down) in the Ranking Agreement - this mentions that the money to Sandy Easdale and Laxey will be repaid in the first instance from season ticket money. Peculiarly, the announcement to the Stock Exchange said the loan would be repaid by 1st September 2014 - http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail.html?announcementId=11872699 - but the Ranking Agreement says 1st September 2015. http://www.followfollow.com/news/tmnw/season_ticket_sales_will_pay_for_easdale_and_laxey_loans_826877/index.shtml
Super Cooper 0
Next season budget then? When we already have to cut costs. Very good!
pete 2,499
Where did people think they were going to pay the loan from? For me that is no news, apart that they both have security over both properties.
Bluedell 5,740
Where did people think they were going to pay the loan from? Exactly. It was obvious that's effectively where the cash would have come from and I fail to see what the big deal is in respect of the source of the repayment.
the gunslinger 3,366
Didn't Wallace deny it would come from season book cash?
pete 2,499
Didn't Wallace deny it would come from season book cash? So he was going to pay it out his own Pocket then? Or did he have one of these new investors that they promised were standing in line. Come on GS You are too smart to believe that BS even if he did say it,
the gunslinger 3,366
Well let's establish if he did. Then we can add him to the list of blatant liars who have been our CEO or not.
the gunslinger 3,366
KJ: You’re bang on there, given the behaviour of some individuals around this club in the last few years. You have to be seen to be acting in Rangers’ best interests. GW: That’s right and I can say from the time I have been here people are 100 per cent focused on doing the right thing for Rangers. It does take time to demonstrate that. We’ll be judged on our success and on our ability to do things in the right way He said this at least. Bluedell 5,740
Still not sure why Wallace is a liar?
bluebear54 0
Still not sure why Wallace is a liar? I'm not aware of him having blatantly lied. However, I'm at the stage now where I don't trust him. He appears to be very economical with the truth.
