We had pink before back in 1994. I can't believe the levels of discontent with this top. It's only a football strip.

RANGERRAB 3,771
Not Scotland colours..................HOOPS!...................??? Well what do you expect with Rhegan and Liewell running the SFA?
Gazza_8 233
We'll see what the SFA think when sales plummet. You don't see many Scotland strips in the west coast of Scotland anyway. But it's like any typical diehard football fan. More often than not they'll buy their clubs strips. I
BrahimHemdani 1
It's awful; almost as bad as the two tone purple thing we wore as a third strip some years ago. I don't think whoever they are, are smiling, they're laughing.
BrahimHemdani 1
I honestly don't recognise some of the players in that photo. And I can still probably recite the entire Scotland Euro 96 squad. The others apart from Brown aren't players at all; they're just guys the SFA found in the Hampden Bar. All the other players refused to wear it; but they told Brown that if he didn't wear it, he couldn't be captain any more so.......
andy steel 0
Yes, gentle pastel shades are just the thing for sending out a message to the opposition. Perhaps we could adopt John Lennon's 'Imagine' as the national anthem (wouldn't bother me if we did, tbh), change the badge to a CND logo and refuse to tackle the other team unless they shout out 'Gouranga'. While it may sound ridiculous there is a reason that sports clubs around the world adopt strong colour schemes.
RANGERRAB 3,771
Who buys Scotland strips nowadays anyway apart from the Tattered Army?
BrahimHemdani 1
Who buys Scotland strips nowadays anyway apart from the Tattered Army? No one will buy that, that's for sure. I think the comment about it being suitable for the women's team was right on the mark. Edit: No offence, ladies; just saying that you beauties are often seen at your best in pink and other pastel colours.
