the gunslinger 3,366
You will be surprised to hear that I have not seen that much of Zlatan to answer that. The odd goal here and there, but his general play, no real idea. Then again, as much as I wouldn't say that Daly is of Hateley's quality I would refrain saying that Attila is of Zlatan's (from what I have seen). In any case, you get my point of view with regards to Daly and Hateley. i really don't. you seem to categorise players by height. daly and hately have nothing in common in playing style. they are a similar height. though having met hately i am highly dubious about the notion he is 6ft 3 which is his given height.
pete 2,499
The next poster that says 'somesuch', should be banned, and then flogged, in that order. I certainly wouldn't ban anyone for using it but I must admit it gets on my tits a bit as well.
der Berliner 3,743
I have to give it to the referee, that looks to be a clear foul to me ... The Penalty Decision snatched from Willie Vass ... and you can guess what I mean here.

The Penalty Decision snatched from Willie Vass ... and you can guess what I mean here. I do detect a just a hint of sarcasm there dB. Of course it is always difficult to analyse a situation from one still photograph but there is no evidence there of any foul committed by Cribari; on the contrary one of the Stenhousemuir players has a hand on Wallace' shoulder. However, Cribari was rightly booked for being the only one not to jump.
barca72 440
I have watched the replay 4 or 5 times now and I still don't see where Cribari fouled anyone. This picture shows the fact that the Stenny guy that falls down is caused by Little pulling Jig back on to him. The penalty is gone, forget that. I don't want the referee disciplined, let the referee's supervisor deal with him. I do, however, think that Ally should fight the yellow against Cribari if for no other reason than the poor guy did nothing.
Zappa 0
I do, however, think that Ally should fight the yellow against Cribari if for no other reason than the poor guy did nothing. There's no mechanism for fighting a yellow card, only reds, so Ally could only really put in a complaint that would likely fall on deaf ears.

BrahimHemdani 1
Didn't know that. Oh well. That's one of the reasons why you are "allowed" 6 before you are suspended these days. Can't remember the number when that rule changed but way back it was 3 and it was commonplace for players to appeal against the third caution. The other reason is that cautions are much more frequent these days; the number before a suspension has been gradually increased over the years. I remember it going from 3 to 4, can't recall if it was ever 5. Also points are awarded depending on the nature of the offence and you need to accumulate 18 before being suspended (apart from being sent off). So in theory you could be cautioned 17 times for not going bacck 10 yards at a free kick and not be suspended. SFA DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES 1. Sending Off Offences 1.1 Serious Foul Play or Violent Conduct 12 penalty points (plus an automatic one match suspension). 1.2 Spitting at an Opponent or Any Other Person 12 penalty points (plus an automatic two match suspension). 1.3 Denying the Opposing Team or an Opponent a goal or an Obvious Goal Scoring Opportunity as Defined by Law 12 5 penalty points (plus an automatic one match suspension). 1.4 Offensive, Insulting or Abusive Language and/or Gestures 8 penalty points (plus an automatic one match suspension). 1.5 Receiving a Second Caution in the Same Match The penalty points recorded will be the combined total for the two cautionable offences (plus an automatic one match suspension). 2. Cautionable Offences Penalty Points 2.1 Unsporting Behaviour a) Obstruction involving bodily contact 2 b) Deliberately tripping 3 c) Recklessly dangerous play 3 d) Deliberately playing an opponent's leg or legs 3 e) Adopting a threatening and/or aggressive attitude 3 f) Holding or pushing an opponent 3 g) Time Wasting 3 h) Shirt pulling, etc. 3 i) Handling the ball deliberately 2 j) Feigning injury 3 k) Simulation 3 l) Action(s) deemed by the referee to be inflammatory 3 m) All other offences deemed by the referee to be unsporting behaviour 1 2.2 Dissent by Word or Action 3 2.3 Persistently infringing the Laws of the Game 3 2.4 Delays the restart of play or fails to respect the required distance at the restart of play 1 2.5 Entering or re-entering or leaving the field of play without the referee's permission 1
calscot 0
Taking your own advice would certainly help you out. I never said you said that. And, no he's not. Hateley was never an immobile carthorse. I thought he pretty much was for his first season with us. Improved immeasurably in the second.
Super Cooper 0
I thought he pretty much was for his first season with us. Improved immeasurably in the second. Finding his feet but was never as slow as or immobile as JD who would be just as well being a statue.
