bluebear54 0
Was there some kind of bad news from CP over the past few days? Roll out the deflection Brigade?
the gunslinger 3,366
there's only so much mediocrity and downsizing the fans will stand for while the board turn away good money because it would make zeus/bp poorer. and they sure won't stand for exorbitant debt or admin.

Have they actually turned away ANYTHING yet??? We know that King has said he would be willing to invest, but he's never stated how much & what he'd wants in return - and he WILL want something. Has King actually submitted a detailed financial proposal yet??? Kings shouting about transparency, yet what do we actually know about his plans/figures etc. The last time King invested, was it through a share issue??? or was it simply "here's £20m....put me on the Board"???
the gunslinger 3,366
Have they actually turned away ANYTHING yet???DAVE KING has revealed he’s had no contact with Rangers despite repeated offers to invest in the crisis-torn club. the gunslinger 3,366
same old rubbish from Dave King Buy some shares if you want a say or want to know what's going on at Ibrox that's exactly what he's being prevented from doing.
der Berliner 3,867
through a share issue. yes they have turned away his offers to invest. bold stuff from a club with incredibly low cash reserves. Yes, that was in November and just before the AGM. We know why. Will there be a share isue though? He's had his money back since March of 2013 and saw how vast amount of shares were bought for rather low prices by hedge funds et al. Maybe he should have jumped over his shadow and waved good-bye to a few 100k, but get a real saying about the direction of the club? IMHO it is far to easy to play the "big bad board"-fiddle, with notes of conjecture tempered by old facts and figures. Why he sees need to do this again via the media shows that he's not exactly up to Rangers boardroom standards either. That said, if one reads the article carefully, there's some negative spin put on King's actual quotes and statements.
the gunslinger 3,366
how would that have got him a say? the fans have 11%. the requisitioners over 30% yet the same spivs who have always run the club still do. nothing would have changed and dave would just have less cash to invest in rangers when the time comes.
Crimson Dynamo 128
that's exactly what he's being prevented from doing. Why would the current shareholders dilute the value of their shares by having another share issue? Easdales have bought shares relatively cheaply and got a seat on the board. Could King not have done the same?

the gunslinger 3,366
the rst own 1 share less than james easdale. are they on the board? how is it that people don't understand that the same small group of shareholders that have always run the club and blew 50-70 million in 18 months still do and no one else is allowed on the board.
