BEARGER 1,830
From BBC website. In case you are wondering where the League Cup final will be played, The Scottish Professional Football League will make a decision later this week. It will, however, be held in Glasgow, so my detective work suggests that is either Celtic Park or Ibrox Stadium. The Scottish FA has, of course, already chosen Celtic Park for the Scottish Cup final with the national stadium at Hampden Park unavailable at it prepares to host the athletics at the Commonwealth Games. Should we not tell them Ibrox is not available ?
Hildy 0
No, we should not. Hopefully they will select Ibrox - but I expect them to opt for Parkhead.

chilledbear 16
Scottish Cup at the midden, so there shouldn't be any need for detective work.
Super Cooper 0
Fair choice would be Ibrox but i think we can all guess what will happen.
Zappa 0
The thought of our Club opening up the Main Stand for Aberdeen fans is making me feel unwell.
SteveC 150
Why does it have to be Glasgow anyway? Dundee sounds more suitable, or Elgin...or Thurso...or the Orkneys...or Oslo...etc....
barca72 440
How many neutrals in Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee will turn up for this Highland derby? This is the SPFL'S showpiece, and if they insist that it be held in Glasgow then they should play it at Hampden. Many of the players will probably have had youthful dreams of playing at Hampden. Otherwise the obvious choice, to limit travel difficulties for the fans involved, should be Dingwall.
