the gunslinger 3,366
not sure why thats relevant. let me try to make this clear the requisitioners were going to work on the board for free. instead we are paying money for inferior substitutes,

simplythebest 0
now we are just being daft. Well the thing is they had to be the right people regardless, the jury is out on the current non-execs I think but the requistioners clearly didn't inspire enough people.

I don't think adding Malcolm Murray to their group did them any favours credibility wise, chairman for a year of the regime they were fighting against

forlanssister 3,114
For the benefit of the Ostrich Loyal, hope it's official enough. ALLY McCOIST has confirmed a 15 per cent wage cut has been mooted to his players as a proposed option following a meeting between him, Graham Wallace and Lee McCulloch. The manager met the media at lunchtime today to preview Monday’s League One trip to face Forfar Athletic at Station Park. But discussions centred largely on news which broke last night that squad members had been asked if they would accept a reduction to their salaries. McCoist and chief executive Wallace spoke with club captain McCulloch on Wednesday about the suggestion. http://www.rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/item/6025-cut-proposal-confirmed
the gunslinger 3,366
as i have said before. we will need to double our player wage bill and probably spend 10-20 million on fees in order to have a shot at winning the spl. thats over the next 18 months. thats wallaces real job. funding that.
