Ser Barristan Selmy 222
He played 41 times last year, got almost 20 assists. Lacked consistency but was only 17 for the first half of the season. That's a lot younger than the 22/23 sort of age we generally give 'youth' a chance at. This year he barely gets a look in and instead someone who doesn't even play in his position plays there poorly. It's entirely perplexing and the last 6 months of his development can essentially be written off.
ranger_syntax 4,422
what I hear from behind the scenes is that his attitude STINKS. I've seen a lot of people say this. Given the promise that he showed early on last season there certainly must be more to it than just looking at his age and his position.
Gazza_8 233
So McCoist thinks McKay is struggling? No wonder with him as a manager. He ruins every bit of good a footballer has at Rangers.
Waltersgotstyle 307
He needs this, going to Morton should make him realise what he has at Rangers.

Zappa 0
Easdales anything to do with this? I had thought about this myself and it's a worrying thought, so I sincerely hope not. The last thing we need is the likes of them getting involved in player loan and transfer deals, especially if it ended up with the likes of McKay or any other talented youngsters getting sold to Morton for peanuts.

On a serious note then; is there any known relationship between the Easdales and Morton?
Zappa 0
On a serious note then; is there any known relationship between the Easdales and Morton? They've been sponsoring and investing in/helping Morton for years. I don't think they own any significant part of the club despite having made offers to do so, but were regularly paying for advertising boards, pages in their match programme, buying matchday hospitality and spending their wonga at sportsman dinners. They also paid for the signing of Colin McMenemin and supposedly paid for that players wages too, so I think it's safe to say that they've spent significant amounts on their support of Morton. Maybe everything changed when they caught Charles Green's Rangersitis infection though.
