Weird thing is the requisitioners personally hold more shares than the board of RIFC combined.

Correct FS. It is a bit rich for the board to be criticising PM for raising a legitimate question over this leak of sensitive information. They don't seem overly concerned that many people who have invested both money and time, in support of our club, over many years, are being treated as irrelevant.

I don't doubt that. But a few months ago this seemed quite a close fight. I would've said the requisitioners stood a chance.

 

What happened?

 

The Easdales increased their holding as did Laxey (who then backed board) it swung the pendulum back in the current boards favour and because of that they'll win tomorrow

 

What happened? The requisitioners sat back and let the Board of the hook. They were complacent and failed to realise that they needed to go hard for as many shares as they could.
