The members of each committee will review the terms of reference which will be published following approval of the Board by the end of January 2014. It is envisaged that Executive Directors will attend, but not be members of, certain committees. Stockbridge needs to be in the audit commitee, since he's the one who "rules" over all the figures required. Not sure it needed to be announced to the LSE though but I suppose that's an attempt to show they are looking to introduce governance and accountability (via minuted meetings) which is what we're looking for.
