Yes he is going to stay and play for Wigan reserves instead of turning out at Ibrox. These are all statements to try and boost his wage. If his agent says he desperatly wants away then his wage value goes down. The sting in the tail is Wigan don't know how much they have to pay Hearts that is why they won't name a price.
