we have a good team at this age group.

 

it's a shame they end up on the bench as the reserves come down from the first team so often.

I wish we had a management team who knew what to do with such wonderful talents.

we need to realise it is a massive step up from this level to the first team.Almost all of these youngsters will find it impossible to do that. Being a superstar at this level means little unfortunately

I disagree with that Rab. We have seen at all levels of the game kids making first team bows at 16 and 17 etc and holding their own. It can be done.
