No, we're not having a Gersnet Xmas party in Kirkie or on the back of the Henderson number 72 from Buchanan Street! We would instead like you all to join us on a journey of an entirely different sort and it's one which thankfully has absolutely feck all to do with buses! So fear not people, for there is indeed a point of interest to this blurb and it's all about the reference to '72.
