pete 2,499
According to the Scottish Sun, Rangers are poised to swoop for Romanian superstar Nicolae Dica. They claim that Martin Bain has already opened talks with his club Steaua Bucharest in a view to bringing him to Glasgow in January. The talented midfielder is rated at £2.5 million and the deal to bring him to Ibrox is almost done accoring to the Sun. The midfielder is also being tracked by Werder Bremen, but Rangers are favourites to land him. Meanwhile, it is being reported that defender Julien Rodriguez is one of the big names who will be heading for the exit door as Rangers aim to clear out some players to fund any incoming transfers. The defender who was signed by Alex McLeish has fell out of favour under Paul le Guen and could leave in January to make way for new blood. Never believe much printed in the sun so this is probably more crap.
bluekont 0
I don't know much about this player. Let's just hope that if this is true, Dica is actually a player that Le Guen wasnts to sign - as opposed to someone who is fourth on his list of targets.
Super_Ally 0
If we've got 2.5 mil for a midfielder could we not use that for a proven SPL centre back. I'm sure you could get Anderson for less than half that. And before nayway starts with Rangers class etc, I'm llooking at getting in a guy who will shore up our defence for the league campaign and believe he's the best man for the job.
