Way ahead of you, mate. Downed a couple of large toddies last night and passed the night in a state of pleasant stupor. This morning's part hangover part cold suggests the Newcastle-Chelsea game may also be accompanied by a wee nip...purely for medicinal purposes, of course.

As an aside, toddies are a great way of getting rid of the otherwise undrinkable 'miniatures' you pick up along the way.

Roger that!

I've stocked up on various beers, ciders and wines for the football tonight, going to be a long evening as I attempt to stay up for the Arsenal game.

Alcohol is a treatment for colds, it raises the body temperature and kills off the bacteria that the bug lives at....that's why we get fevers when we have flu, the immune system is raising the temp to kill off the bugs temp....no need for vaccinations they are just chemical cocktails which kill the immune system

Hot toddies all the way
