Crimson Dynamo 128
Snelders was a great keeper, he only ended up at Ibrox at the end of his career. Slightly off topic but I always thought Hans Gilhaus would've done a job for us. He was too good for Aberdeen
pete 2,499
Aberdeen was Snelders' stretch. When he had to step up to playing with the big boys, he shit himself. He really was an excellent keeper though and should have had far more Dutch caps if he grew a pair of balls.
Guest DietofWorms
Pieter Huistra was a firm favourite of mine.. a really silky, fast winger who could finish too.

Ahead of who? Van Breukelen? Van Der Saar? I doubt anyone who spent most of their career at Aberdeen would be worthy of game time for Holland.

Snelders was picked as first keeper for the Dutch team to play against Germany but as at Ibrox shat out of it and the Dutch had to recall Hiele to play.
Guest Night Owl
Numan Spoke to him and his lovely wife years ago in Stirling, as class off the field as he is on it. Absolute gentleman.
BrahimHemdani 1
he let himself down at rangers over the piece. Can't accept that at all, remember he was constantly struggling injury.

Remember seeing him play against Brazil iirc in France 98 and thinking what an amazing future we had. How the mighty have fallen.
