Other than it looking like Mather was asked to leave (and therefore being entitled to his 12 months notice) the biggest thing I noticed in it was the spelling - there were a number of spelling and grammatical mistakes. You would think something as important as the CEO's contract of employment would at least be spell and grammar checked.....
