He deserves a huge amount of credit for the way he keeps proving his worth and as Ian says, leading by example. He's proven many of his doubters (myself included) wrong on countless occasions now.

 

He goes through bad patches where his passing, mobility and all round form is absolutely dire and just when you think maybe his time is up and Ally should be giving others a chance, he starts scoring hat tricks.
