It was a bit strange, he never seemed fully committed and never felt he was here for the long term. I always felt he was someone that played his cards close to his chest. I also felt that with his team as well he wanted the team to play for him rather than themselves or even each other, they had to buy into his vision for the team if the didn't it was always going to cause friction 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

No one else gets the luxury of being shit at their job but getting to lump most the blame on other people.
