Sir Alex - Never ever cede control (PLG v BF??)

Recommended Posts

I don't remember many managers being reluctant to admit whether they'll stay very long. It was a bit strange, he never seemed fully committed and never felt he was here for the long term.

I always felt he was someone that played his cards close to his chest.

I also felt that with his team as well he wanted the team to play for him rather than themselves or even each other, they had to buy into his vision for the team if the didn't it was always going to cause friction

What if....

What if....

What if PLG was actually any good at management.

Same old tedious crap when it comes to PLG. No one else gets the luxury of being shit at their job but getting to lump most the blame on other people.

I only wish the manager we got was even one tenth as brilliant as people make him out to be.
