PA Sport - McCollco Statement available

If one group ousted another group, the fighting would never cease - just look at Paul Murray.

If the shareholders en masse vote out one group and vote in another, we pretty much have to deal with it.

A democratic vote is the best way forward and should be done relatively soon. I don't quite get why you think it should have been done by now, because the people I'd like to see removed were not going to go quietly or without a fight. I actually think the present set up is as bloodless as it could be, assuming it goes all the way.

Who knows, some incumbents may decide 'time to get out of Dodge'.

Across the world, we hear of revolts, dissatisfaction with governments, who are eventually toppled. However, the people who replace them are often no better. I am certainly no admirer of our current board and would be happy to see the back of most, if not all of our existing board members. However, I would like to hear more from potential new board members, by way of explaining how they would improve things. It is not enough to seek election on the basis that they are bound to be better than what is currently there.

You would think they would be canvassing for votes, both sides. Explaining their future plans etc. there are at least 12% with supporters.

I'm not sure how necessary it is for McColl & co to canvass for votes with the way the current board have been making an arse of things.
