I imagine the board already hold the power to issue any unissued shares. I disagree that there has been an awful lot of talk over the last few years from DK. He has said a few things that have stoked the fire but I would say two or three a year at most. (It's a bit like the Trappist monk who takes a vow of silence, but is allowed to talk once a year. After the first year he asks to have his morning fried eggs changed to scrambled. After the second year he asks for a new pair of sandals as his are worn. After the third year he asks for a new toothbrush. On the fourth year he says he wants to quit - he has had enough. His father superior says "Thank God for that - you've done nothing but moan since you got here"). As for "put up or shut up" - surely the one person that should not apply to is King.
