RANGERRAB 3,807
The dont own anything. But bear in mind we are talking about greens cva deal here . when the CVA got rejected Whyte was irrelevent to the whole process. Even if Whyte was a SEVCO5088 director it never got the assets. Sevco Scotland got them. Was Whyte a director of SEVCO Scotland ? NO

Going by public knowledge (AFAIK) that is not the case. D&P's binding agreement for the CVA/asset purchase was with Sevco 5088 Ltd and no other company.

NO The problem is that the right to purchase the assets lay with Sevco 5088 Ltd not Sevco Scotland Ltd, Green has as yet been unable to prove that he legally novated that right from Sevco 5088 Ltd to Sevco Scotland Ltd.

the gunslinger 3,366
as we discovered from charlotte recently. green claims to have had verbal agreement from the directors of sevco5088 for sevco scotland to buy the assets instead. what was that about not having things in writing again.
UCF2008 0
their was no intention to dupe whyte if we got a cva. the company (rangers) was loaning whyte the money green was getting a huge cut and a job and we were paying for it all. Personally, I don't believe for a second that there was any intention to dupe Whyte. I was merely pointing out that Green's version of events make no sense whether he thought a CVA was possible or not. Like I said, Whyte's shareholding was completely irrelevant without a CVA. There was no need to talk to him nevermind dupe him. Green claims that Whyte's recorded evidence is just them telling Whyte whatever he wanted to hear to get the shares. What he still hasn't shared with us is how that was supposed to work or even the content of the sheet of paper he was waving around claiming to be a written agreement for the shareholding back in May last year.
