the gunslinger 3,366
Whyte held 85% of the shareholding so some way or another he needed dealt with and what a deal it was. assets transfered to whytes company and the fans paying the cva.
the gunslinger 3,366
£250k it's a hell of a lot more than green whyte zeus hughes or ahemd thats for sure.
the gunslinger 3,366
Whyte's shareholding was only relevant in the instance that the CVA proposal had been accepted. Funny how we haven't heard from Greenco how that would have worked out. Somehow I don't think 'duping' Whyte in that event would have been as easy as they'd like us to think. their was no intention to dupe whyte if we got a cva. the company (rangers) was loaning whyte the money green was getting a huge cut and a job and we were paying for it all.

der Berliner 3,860
he got enough in writing that he is currently a director of sevco 5088 and green tried and failed to remove him as one. Has anyone any source that Sevco 5088 has anything to do or owns anything of Rangers FC and/or Sevco Scotland/Rangers Football Club International plc right now? Going by public knowledge (AFAIK) that is not the case.
the gunslinger 3,366
and of course someone like Whyte would never produce a forgery would he? Companies house don't accept forgeries. But they did at least remove whyte as a durector while the checked before puting him back on it seems.
