TRS - Ahmad's Group To Return?

Recommended Posts

This issue is actually quite a difficult conundrum for Rangers fans to solve.

Clearly we have a variety of different information coming from various places which is difficult for the average bear to verify. Add in some personalised stuff (which Chris has thankfully avoided) then it soon becomes a case of people being entrenched in their views.

You're either pro-Rangers men or pro-Greenco (for want of better phrases).

Obviously that's rather simplistic though so it should be the case that the issue is debated properly. With that in mind, while I personally don't buy Bill's recent stuff (especially when he gets key points wrong), it's fair to say there are valid worries about club finance. Therefore, to avoid the usual 'he said, they said' nonsense, it would be useful if the club released their financials asap for us to make up our own mind; as well as holding an AGM. Moreover, it would be helpful if the boardroom concentrated on running the club properly than falling out every other week.

In that sense, Green/Ahmad (according to Bill) control over 50% of the shares so if they're genuinely concerned at costs etc, then there's nothing stopping them making the changes they want to see - be it staff wages, PR costs or board make-up - while recognising they helped put all these costs in place. Meanwhile, if anyone wants to buy the football club, there's nothing stopping them making a clear, sensible offer while outlining why they'd be a better option.

Anything else is just divisive and I can appreciate why most people are fed up of all the nonsense.
