calscot 0
I think we should experiment with safe standing to see if it works.

der Berliner 3,885
Somewhere I still have a Rangers News that spoke about a blue grass pitch. Can't we have that? Then we sell the copyright to Chelsea, Schalke, Hamburg ...

Guest JMac_88
I was hoping that their would be improvements in some areas of the stadium. I remember Green saying that people in the past had neglected it and that work was needing done on it. I am guessing we will see more Sports Direct branding around the ground, if that deal is actually still on the table (Something not been spoken about for months.) Would be good for them to invest some of the money from the renaming deal back into the Stadium.
Gribz 966
Ive not been to Ibrox for quite a few years now but painting only covers up the cracks. Small and slow renovations could be done given we are in the lower tiers. Agree the seats need to be all same shade of blue or maybe add some white and red seats onto a stand. I think the Struth Stand and Club deck would look good with each tier having red / white / blue. I agree with Calscot, there could be an opportunity to try safe standing areas, perhaps in the Govan east corner or the east enclosure. Guest JMac_88
You are right Whyte got alot of the areas of the ground painted and invested in those awful screens. Did he not also revamp the tunnel? Can't really think of anything else Whyte done in terms of the stadium. Has anyone been a IBROX tour recently and seen any changes to the ground?
