Liquidator BDO receipts/payments/SPL prize money/debentures/ to 13/04/2013.

We obviously did go into administration mid-season, but never before has that been dealt with by fining the club & company in question millions of pounds.

We finished the 2011/12 season as a going concern and for the SPL & SFA to jointly blackmail us into forfeiting the prize money owed to us to get our SFA membership/license transferred so that we could continue playing football in Scotland is nothing short of scandalous.

Regan and his Professional Gangster Board at the SFA deserve to be chased out of Scotland by a pitch-fork wielding mob. Thieving bastards!

i have a point of view on d@p based on facts. i want them dealt with for the way they acted last summer by the law. perhaps that is an agenda. if it is hey ho.

It does come across as a bit of an agenda mate but i am with you 100%. I think you are spot on.

I never understood what our membership of the SFA & the SFL had to do with the SPL in the first place.

Exactly and it doesn't matter how anyone tries to break it down or tries to justify what happened. The bottom line is that both the SFA & SPL shafted us in multiple ways. In the case of the 2 million quid SPL prize money, it's unforgivable that our SFA license to play depended on the club forfeiting that money. I'm not one for holding grudges and I don't think (as a club) we should hold grudges over petty stuff, but that's way, way beyond petty. That's pure and simple blackmail to the tune of almost 2 million quid. The main entity who benefited from that blackmail is the SPL, who were suddenly almost 2 million quid richer. It's scandalous and we all know who was really behind it because ever since Whyte took over there's really only been one side of Glasgow calling shots at Hampden.

A relatively trivial point but - that's one helluva cost for stationary and postage.

Not really. My company, which isnt huge, clock up almost $100k a year in postage & stationary. That isnt as high a figure as you think.
