calscot 0
even at 1-2k a week he is a waste of money, he is not required for Rangers to progress and would just get rid of him come a few years. Save the £52,000-£104,000 a year and spend it on something worth while. In reality though we know it would cost a lot more than that to have him here. People need to make up their mind how players develop. I thought part of it was playing in the first team surrounded by high quality players from whom you learn from. It's been funny over the past year with people wanting a team full of U21's when we already have that in the U21 league - except that's where players "rot". What's the difference? I'll spell it out: if all teams "developed" their youngsters by playing loads of them in the team then all teams would be full of youngsters being optimally developed, so what is the difference between that and an U21 league with the same young players playing each other all the time? It's a paradox to me.
JTP 0
I should hope so, in fact it should be performance related, win by less than 3 goals no bonus. The more Ally spends on wages for players, the less his wage. Get chilledbear on the board he's right up my street :-)
BrahimHemdani 1
It's quite simple, we should not be signing any other players until we move at least five on. IMO, Cribari, Hutton, Argyriou, Cole and Perry should be at the top of that list. I'd agree with 4 out of 5. Hutton started very well in the pre-season apparently and has been unfortunate with injury. IF Black gets suspended (a distinct possibility) then we will need him.
the gunslinger 3,366
Bonuses for beating Alloa and the Binos !!! Money should have been deducted if they didn't beat them. Well we were in the spl at that point in fairness.

the gunslinger 3,366
Let's cut to the chase here. Do you genuinely believe that if Miller signed for us again he would be earning 1 or 2 grand a week? Realistically I expecting all things considered he would cost us about 5k a week. He would be a smashing player at that price but I personally would not sign anyone over 28. Preferably 25.

ian1964 10,724
'BORIS Pandza last night revealed he hopes to become Rangers’ ninth summer signing in the next few days. The 26-year-old Bosnian defender has been named in their squad for their crucial World Cup qualifier against Slovakia, despite not having a club. And although Pandza admitted he has become frustrated by Rangers’ inability to tie up the deal, he is confident he will finally become an Ibrox player this week ahead of the international gathering. He said: “I hope the contract is signed before the training camp with Bosnia starts. “The truth is, this is taking too long, but I believe everything will be sorted out in the next couple of days. “I’ve had many calls and discussions with different clubs, so I am not going to talk about which ones until after the deal is signed. “I have to concentrate on playing with the national team, especially since I was surprised to be called up. “The manager, Safet Susis, said he wouldn’t be calling anyone into the squad who didn’t have a club. “So I was really delighted when he called me up for the match. “Physically, I feel good and I’m ready to contribute if the coach decides that he needs me. “If we want to go to Brazil, these are the games that we should be winning. “We are favourites and we have no fear because our team are playing well.” Rangers have already signed Jon Daly, Nicky Law, Nicky Clark, Cammy Bell, Richard Foster, Stevie Smith, Arnold Peralta and Bilel Mohsni this summer'. http://www.scotsman.com/sport/footba...move-1-3070700
