Richard Wilson On The Green v Whyte Examination

Recommended Posts

maybe some rangers minded people will start buying up shares in the club with a view to a takeover .

The market would need to be a lot more liquid than it is, even the 23% of shares that can be put in play with the expiry of the six month lock in isn't enough allied to the fact that the share price is still grossly overvalued.

I wouldn't put your faith in them.

I would be surprised if you'd manage that :D

Regarding shares, the way it is done these days is probably the best thing we had in years, no majority chap in there who does what he likes to do. What needs to be done is to sort out the hierarchy and tell those who have been acting for Rangers during the takeover and up till now what it actually means to run and represent the club.

I think the content of the report will determine how the board exits this problem.

If it is shown - 100% categorically - that CG did have contact with Whyte through 5088, but nothing with Sevco Scotland onwards, then I think the current non-execs will stay.

If there is any doubt about ANY ongoing connection, I think they will resign.

if all comes down to the quality of evidence that is "submitted"
