Full Judgement Of Ticketus & CW

Recommended Posts

If not he went to Ticketus with a deal to sell season tickets of a Club he had no connection with.

I was under the impression that's exactly what he did do!!!! Hence why the guarantees he gave were pretty much all of a personal nature, or from other companies hes was involved in - no guarantees connected with RFC.

I would doubt this, surely Ticketus would need some guarantee before they would enter into talks.

they got them - personal ones.....that's why its looking like he's in the hole for £18m at the moment and not the Oldco.

No connection eh?

One of the guarantors was CEO of RFC plc , another held circa 85% of the shares of RFC plc and a floating charge over the assets of RFC plc, the other was deemed to be the beneficial owner of the RFC Group Ltd (Wavetower).

The truth will out.

There's no way on earth (IMHO of course) that the former custodians of the club (be it MIH or LBG) didn't know how dangerous selling to Whyte was. I'm frankly still stunned Ticketus allowed themselves to be defrauded by Whyte.

All our problems to this day go back to Murray, jail time for him would be my dream.
