Rangers board doesn't accept Green's word

You have to admit there's a bit of a difference between a top EPL club who won the champions league in the same season as those events and our own situation at present

 

Yes but we're still one of the world's biggest clubs, and that is the most important thing for sponsors. They'll give some soundbites to the media questioning them but there will be no threats to withdraw.

I doubt C&C are overly worried about Green's IA comments.

 

Which makes me wonder who asked them to intervene.... :whistle:

 

Who needs to intervene when you've got the mhedia?. No doubt they've been hounded for comment over the past few days.

I can see where Frankie's coming from and my first instinct was to think it could be a first punch in a PR war, but it looks as though it's actually a case of our club's enemies (Celtic fans) harassing our sponsors to comment on Green's remarks last week.
