I would assume that D&P know the basics of administration stuff, don't you? (BTW, I know how great a regard you have for them, but these are not complete idiots either. So for the time being, why not give them the "not-guilty until proven" chance we demanded for ourselves?)

By getting the director of Sevco 5088 to agree to waive the original agreement and enter a new one with the other company. Easily done and totally legal in itself.

d@p helped deliver us to whyte. they are guilty. it's only a matter of how guilt and a full list of crimes being compiled.
